The Student Leadership Programme is aimed at enabling the development of young autonomous adults.
The programme involves teachers nominating a Head Boy, Head Girl and a team of Prefects who then go on to have a leadership role within the college. Student leaders receive formal training to carry out their role.
Through the course of the year our young leaders grow in confidence and develop communication, organisational and inter personal skills. Being a member of our Student Leadership Team is a major accomplishment and something our students aspire too.
