We have some sad and difficult news to share with the Deele College community.
We would like to inform you of the death of our former teacher, Mr Brian Mc Givern who passed away on Sunday 16th May, 2021 following a short illness.
Mr Mc Givern was an English, Irish and Guidance Counsellor with us in Deele College up to his retirement in 2006.
Mr Mc Givern made a significant contribution to the former Deele College students in his role as a guidance counsellor.
The Board of Management, the Parents Association, Mr Mc Givern’s retired colleagues, the parents, the current Deele College staff and students extend our deepest sympathy to Mr Mc Givern’s wife Maureen. Brian and Maureen are both former colleagues and Deele College staff members.
